The SunPoker Main Event package will cover your tournament buy in hotel and Flight the World Championship No-Limit Hold’em, in the Harrah’s Casino Las Vegas Nevada from July 7th – July 16th, 2012.

Executive Package Terms and Conditions
SUNPOKER will award a $24,000 Progressive Jackpot to the winner of six consecutive $10 + $1.9 “WSOP Executive – Jackpot Sit‟n‟Go” tournaments. This prize will be awarded according to the following terms and conditions:
- Players who have won six consecutive 6-player “WSOP Executive – Jackpot Sit‟n‟Go” tournaments with a buy-in of $10 + $1.9 will write to the SUNPOKER support team at [email protected] for verification, providing details and dates of the tournaments, within 48 hours of the final consecutive tournament.
- The Jackpot prize will be paid only after the consecutive winning games have been checked for any signs of collusive play.
- Tournaments are considered as consecutive for the purposes of this promotion if their starting times are consecutive.
- 6 consecutive Sit „N‟ Go tournaments with the same 6 players will not be eligible for this promotion.
- Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to enter the same Sit „N‟ Go tournament for purposes of this promotion.
- If a tournament is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this tournament will be considered not to have run. It will not count towards a player‟s consecutive wins but neither will it count as a losing tournament in a player‟s sequence.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a Sit „N‟ Go tournament will not be eligible for this promotion.
- The use of offensive language at the Sit „N‟ Go tournament will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.
- Any player found colluding during the course of a Sit „N‟ Go tournament in order to win the Jackpot prize will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.

Terms and Conditions
SunPoker 2012 WSOP Package/Super Satellite Tournament Terms and Conditions:
- The first prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat.
- Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland Main Event.
- The hotel package is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
- By playing or winning the WSOP super satellite you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Las Vegas (Nevada, U.S.A) in order to play at the WSOP Events. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age
- Winning players will represent the card room they come from
- Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.
- The use of offensive language at the poker tournaments will disqualify a player from participating in Super Satellite promotions.

- By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their real names, aliases, images, moving images, spoken/written quotes and/or amounts won, can be used for online and offline promotional purposes, including Buzz Magazine - a quarterly issued publication which is circulated across Europe.
- By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear SunPoker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions of SunPoker management.
- SunPoker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.
- All decisions made by the SunPoker management are final.
- SunPoker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, SunPoker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.
- SunPoker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
