Sunday Blast
Every Sunday SunPoker host’s a $200,000 Guaranteed tournament for $200 + $15 but starting March 5th – July 1st the first Sunday of every month the buy in to the final table will be discounted 50% making setting the buy in at $100 + $9!

Spring Sale
March madness continues, from March 5th – March 31st the daily big tournaments will be on Sale!

iPOPS II
SunPoker in conjunction with iPoker is proud to bring back to you the $1 Million Dollar iPoker Online Poker Series (iPOPS).
As the name suggest; a cool $1,000,000 in guaranteed prizes will be up for grabs through a series of tournaments and cash games in a three month period! The Tournaments will kick off on March 12th and run until May 6th!
Cash Points
SunPoker has introduced the new Cash Point promotion specified for all our No Limit Hold’em cash players rewarding the top performers with a total of over $760,000 in hard cash!
A new type of leaderboard that will run in 3 cycles on 3 stake level where results are counted every 7 days allowing players to jump in at any time and never be left behind!
Players can opt in starting March 19th as the race kicks off on April 2nd to September 23rd
WSOP Warrior League
It’s never to early to start planning for the 2012 WSOP! As we remember from last years Warrior League, this is a real battle of the warriors! The WSOP Warrior promotion will run from April 23rd- May 28th, featuring a series of 7 tournaments in which players will receive points as per their finishing position in each of the tournaments they participated in.
These points will be counted towards a leaderboard, and the top players in the final Leaderboard, will win an exclusive WSOP packages.
SNG High Gear
Coming in May, SunPoker will run the SNG High Gear promotion to all our SNG players where we will award the top performers with total of over $50,000 in cash prizes each cycle!

By now we have we have all adjusted to the new look and feel of SunPoker Version 2.0 but have you noticed the new and extra animated casino side games?
The variety is endless and although we all have our favorite, the new Marvel Slot machines and Red Dog have taken staff picks! We also agreed to the fact that Punisher War Zone and Blade are so vivid it kept us on our toes throughout every spin.

POY: Duhamel Back On Top After Deauville
Duhamel already has four POY-eligible cashes this year
Duhamel’s eighth place finish in the €2,000 No Limit Hold’em side event in Deauville, France earned him 42 POY points and a more than thirty point lead over Speidel. Duhamel was far from the only player to benefit from a trip to the latest EPT stop though.
In fact, the player who benefited the most from the France trip was Dutch player Ruben Visser, who followed up his eighth place finish in the PCA Main Event with a win in the €1,000 Randomized Bounty side event in Deauville and a runner-up finish in the EPT Deauville High Roller event worth €152,000 and 161 POY points. Visser’s debut in the ranks at fourth place behind John Dibella displaces Faraz Jaka to fifth and knocks Phil Ivey out of the top five.
Eric Sfez defeated Visser heads-up to win the High Roller event in Deauville. He debuts at 14th this week on the strength of that win as well as an in the moeny finish in a €1,500 Deauville side event. The EPT Deauville Main Event winner Vadzim Kursevich and EPT Deauville Main Event runner-up Paul Guichard also broke the top twenty, coming in at seventh and nineteenth respectively.
The entree of four new players in the ranks pushed out the likes of David Shallow, Mike Krstanoski, and Mike Telker. Brock Parker only broke the top twenty last week after a strong performance at the Borgata Winter Poker Open, but he is already just outside of the top 20, sitting in 21st place.
Next week, results from the LA Poker Classic, the Lucky Hearts Poker Open in Florida, and the latest events on the WSOPC circuit will once again shake things up but, so far, no players in the top five have been too active, so the big shuffling in the ranks will likely be confined to the bottom half of the ranks.
