Steps Tournaments Continue
With all the excitement and action happening this season, we wanted to remind you that there are even more ways to earn that last second holiday spending cash through SunPoker’s Steps Tournaments!
A friendly challenge amongst players internally as to who can climb to the top, the fastest and who will cash in the $200,000 Guaranteed first!
What step will you start at? Take the first step for only $0.16 and work your way to the top of the mountain for a $215 token to the $200,000 Guaranteed Tournament or would it be at a higher step getting you that much closer to top!
Either way, reaching for $200,000 has never been cheaper or this much fun with SunPoker’s Step Tournaments!

2010 WSOP Champion Victim of Home Invasion
Unforunately 2010 World Series of Poker Champion, Jonathan Duhamel was the victim of a home invasion Wednesday morning in his Boucherville, Quebec, Canada home.
According to CyberPresse, two unknown assailants were reportedly trying to rob Duhamel as he was assaulted; fortunately he managed to call for help after the robbers left.
Mark David, a police spokesman, said, "We are not talking about kidnapping, but of aggression. He was a victim of assault. He was wounded."
The Winnipeg Free Press reports that Duhamel was taken treated at a hospital and released.
Whether or not Duhamel was targeted because of his 2010 WSOP win is one of the questions investigators are attempting to answer as they reconstruct the crime scene. "We still have many questions. Why is it that the suspects chose that residence? What was the motive? Did they want this man? Did they want the property," David told CyberPresse.
No arrests have been made, and Duhamel has not spoken to the media so as not to taint the police investigation.
