I have your old CryptoLogic software, what do I do?

We have made the process of playing in the new software seamless. You'll be up and running in no time. Follow these easy steps:

An account has already been created for you, visit the secured page at https://www.peak-entertainment.com/new_software.asp and enter the required information about your old CryptoLogic account. You will receive your new account details instantly including account number, username, and temporary password which you can reset on your first login into the new software.
Click on any download link on this site, and install the new software onto your computer Be sure to follow carefully the special instructions included in the email above to access your transferred account.

That's it, you're done! All you have to do now is login, make your first deposit, and start playing the new games.

IMPORTANT: Only accounts created prior to launch (Dec 17th, 2008), were migrated to the new platform. If your CryptoLogic account was created after Dec 17, you do not need to follow the steps above. Simply download the new software and create a new account. Then send us an email to with your old CryptoLogic account number and your new PlayTech account username so we can extend all the privileges of a migrated player to your account.

How long will the old software be available?

If you have not yet migrated to the new exciting software, what are you waiting on? :) The old software will be available till Jan 31st, 2009. But with the special incentives being offered to persons migrating before Jan 1st, 2009 and new exciting games available on the new platform, there's every reason to begin playing in the new software immediately.

IMPORTANT

When migrating our players, all existing Cryptologic accounts that were created on or before Dec 16th were moved over to the new system. However because we are running both software in parallel for short time, there will be accounts created after that date that will not have been automatically transferred over to the new platform. The quickest way for you to get into the new games is to download the new software, and quickly create your account. Takes a few seconds. You will be issued your new username and password. Then send us an email to with your new username.

What happens to my cleared funds in my CryptoLogic account if I don't withdraw or transfer them by Jan 31st, 2009?

After Jan 31st, 2009, all funds eligible for withdrawl that have not been transferred into your new account via your consent, or which you have not withdrawn by a method of your choice, will be automatically returned to you via check or the quickest method possible. Please allow ECash Direct 3 - 4 weeks to have these funds delivered.

I already play on another iPoker site. Why sign up with SunPoker.com?
