You will not need to do anything before the launch. Once the new software is available, all you'll have to do is download the new software, and log in using your new credentials. That's essentially it!

Back to TopWhat should I do if I experience difficulty downloading??
If you do not see the SunPoker.com icon on your desktop, you can locate it by doing the following
- Select the Start button.
- Choose the Search option.
- Select For Files or Folders and indicate that you want to search for a Document.
- Enter the file name: setupcasino.exe and press Find or Search.
When you locate this file, double click on it to install the Poker software.
If the Search function is unable to locate the Poker file, then go to the website and follow the online downloading instructions. When the necessary files are downloaded, the SunPoker icon appears on your desktop.
We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you are now successful in downloading and opening the software.
Is a Flash / No Download Version Available?

The following minimum system requirements are necessary to install and successfully run the Casino software on your personal computer:
- Operating System: Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP
- Processor: 300MHz Pentium II
- RAM: 128MB
- Screen Resolution: 800 by 600 pixels; 16-bit High Colour
- Available Hard Disk Space: 100 MB
A faster processor, 256 MB of RAM and True Colour screen mode is recommended for better play.

Do I need to make changes to the new software?
No. The new system software will not require you to alter anything on your computer.

What will happen to my current account?
Part of our move to the new system includes moving your account across on your behalf. Your comp points will be transferred over to your new account. You can request that your withdrawable balance in your old account with ECash Direct be transferred to your new account. To submit your request, visit the My New Account Details section. Your old account will automatically be closed after your funds have been transferred. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the process to be completed.

You can request that your withdrawable balance in your old account with ECash Direct be transferred to your new account. To submit your request, visit the My New Account Details section.
Alternatively, you can log into your ECash Direct account and request a manual withdrawal via a method of your choice.
If you do not request an automatic transfer or did not select to manually withdraw by Jan 31st, your account will be automatically
closed and any withdrawable funds returned to your account via check or other appropriate method. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks
for this process to be completed.

I have more than one account - does that make a difference?
No. We have created each of your accounts on the new system. For each account, use the My New Account Details section to get the new credential information as well as request that any withdrawable funds be transferred to you new accounts.

Yes, for security reasons you password will be reset. On your first login, you can change this temporary pasword. To retrieve your temporary password, visit the New Player Information page, then enter your old account details. Your new account credentials will be displayed.

Once you receive your new account details via the New Player Information section, launch the new software, enter your new login information and select to use your old username, or choose a new one if you wish.
Back to TopHow will I make deposits in my new account?
To play for real money you must first download and install the software from the website.
Once you have successfully downloaded and installed the software, open the Poker Room by double clicking the
SunPoker icon on your desktop or by activating the program through your Start menu. Click on the
Play For Real Money option and complete the following steps:
For existing customers:
- Enter your password and Username (you can retrieve this via the New Player Information section)
- Click on the Cashier and follow the prompts to make your deposit.
For new customers:
- Click on the Create Account button.
- Enter the required personal details.
- Select a password and the currency you wish to use in the account. A username is automatically generated and an email is automatically sent to you with important registration information.
- Make a deposit with the Poker Room�s Cashier to fund your account. You will be prompted to choose a method of payment from a variety of possibilities.
- After you have successfully funded your account you may then return to the Lobby (main screen from which all games are available), select a game and begin playing for real money.
What will happen to my MPPs?
MPP’s purpose on the old software was for tracking bonus release levels. They will not be transferred to the iPoker Network. We will have a special promotion once we move which will be based on the number MPP’s you have accumulated on the Cryptologic network.

You will receive an email from us containing all your login details, your username and a new password. The email will also include the URL so that you can to download the new software direct if you prefer.

The New Cashier
What are the benefits of the new cashier?
The new cashier will enable new customers to deposit in either GBP Sterling, USD, or Euros. You can deposit using a variety of payment solutions including NETeller, Click2Buy, Credit Cards, and MoneyBookers and other popular methods.
How do I use the new cashier?
To deposit funds into your casino account:- Login to your Lobby
- Click on the Cashier button
- Choose your preferred Deposit Method

Transaction History
You can view all your financial transactions in the Transaction History section of our software. To open this section:- Click the Cashier button.
- Click the Transaction History button at the bottom of the screen
- From the drop down menus select the period for which you want your Transaction History displayed:
> Current month or Last month
> Starting and Ending dates - Click the View History button.
Other useful deposit and withdrawal information appears and this is a valuable tool for verifying many important details about your account. When you finish viewing the Transaction History, click the Close button to return to our Poker Room

New Games
Will I still be able to play for fun?
Yes. The �Play for Fun� mode is available to allow you to familiarise yourself with our poker room and to practice as long as you wish, with no obligation to play for real.
When creating a Fun account you will be prompted to enter a valid email address. Our Poker Room automatically supplies you with a username and password and sends login information to your email address. For your convenience, you may click Remember Password when signing-in so your password automatically appears - your username always appears by default.
Once your account is successfully registered, it is automatically credited with USD/GBP/EURO 1,000 worth of virtual Fun money. Please note that Fun money cannot be withdrawn. Whenever you want to deposit more virtual Fun money:
- Go to our Lobby.
- Press the Cashier button.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit for more Fun (up to USD/GBP/EURO 50,000).
- Press the Deposit button.
If you wish to play for real, you can create a Real Money account at any time.
